The Partnership Specialist will be part of the Games department, coordinating and maintaining game activities and being our main point of contact with the providers

**You will**:

- Assist the partnerships team in closing deals with smaller/less important game providers
- Maintain relationships with existing partners
- Keep a detailed report of licenses and regulation in different countries, and which can each game provider sell their games
- Research and identify potential new partners and market opportunities
- Negotiate terms and agreements with new game providers
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams in the follow up of the agreements

**Required qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Maximum 2 to 3 years of experience
- Strong Negotiation Acumen: Ability to navigate and lead negotiations with external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating terms and conditions in contracts, with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes for the organisation
- Motivated, responsible and have a positive personality
- Organised, methodical and able to multitask efficiently to keep the portfolio up to date
- With an excellent team spirit and good communication skills
- Responsible and proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for the company.
