Maintenance Planner

**ISATI Engineering Solutions** is looking for a **Maintenance Planner **to join our client's projects in Spain. The Aircraft Maintenance Planner will lead the end-to-end planning processes in regard to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including assignment of tasks and people.
- Plan work performed by maintenance team.
- Schedule work of time-controlled parts.
- Control deferred Items and align on solution plans
- Review assigned A/C maintenance and ensure all upcoming tasks are planned and prepared.
- Coordinate with Logistic and Purchasing to ensure required parts arrive to comply with scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
- Verify parts needed to accomplish the workload scheduled are in stock, request parts as required.
- Plan and coordinate the allocation of daily workload for efficient use of staff, skill level, and space.
- Interface/coordinate maintenance activates in accordance with Flight Test and the program
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Quality teams to develop, manage, and grow the value stream to enable fast Issue and non-conformance management
- Mentor your teammates as the resident expert during translating maintenance data into operative instruction
- Provide and enable release to service processes to enable maintenance cycle times

Duration: 12 months
- Aeronautical /Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance planning focused on aircraft maintenance and service.
- Experience in safety-critical industries (e.g., aviation, healthcare, military, etc) **is required**:

- Excellent analytical capabilities with a drive to challenge the status quo; eager to learn; puts the team first; resilient with a passion for achieving mission objectives; uses failure as a learning experience; an excellent communicator with a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrated expertise with FOD and Tool Control processes as well as log-book process as guiding principle in an MRO (Part 145) organisation
- Hands-on mentality and heavy collaboration with the teams to secure a continuous flow
- Experience in creation of maintenance instructions, assembly / disassembly procedure and non-conformance documentation
- Proficient in Simplified Technical English (STE) is beneficial
- Adept at working cross-functionally, especially with Design Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Program Management, and other cross-business functions.
- Lean awareness - Simplification mindset, continuous improvement, health & safety conscious.
- ICT Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP, MES and CAD
- Fluent english language skills
