**What you will do at HYVE**:
Somebody who is motivated to support our team with:
- preparing and organising research activities (recruitment, research questions and activity plan)
- conducting research studies (desk research, screening & analysing social media landscape), note taking, moderating online activities)
- social media research activities
- analysing quantitative and qualitative learnings and deducing concrete to-do‘s from it
- condensing insights and translating them into actionable presentations / documentations
**What you should bring along**:
You are:
- in your Bachelors / in your Masters (Market Research, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, Consumer Science or related)
- passionate about and experienced in understanding users and their needs
- an analytical and well structured thinker, as well as a a creative mind
- Spanish native and English fluent
- interested in solving current challenges in the area of sustainability
