JustFab is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Barcelona office.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible to drive and deliver user facing initiatives and improvements for our global Websites

and more). Working in a global squad setup, your focus is to drive the product development cycle from inception to launch, to improve our member shopping experience and business.

You will be part of a global, distributed product development team, and you will also collaborate with our cross-functional team members such as marketing, merchandising, and creative design to develop strategies, concepts, plans and execution for features.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment, while working effectively and collaboratively with a global distributed team.

This position will report to the VP of Product Management.

**Responsibilities**:
- Create a product strategy for your product area in line with the overall company product strategy and roadmap and delivery results through an agile process with your Squad- Manage the full product life cycle of web and mobile products, focusing on increased conversion, easy shopping, revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, attrition, and retention- Be a vital part of discovery to propose solutions comprising product, technology, customer and process insights- Collaborate with stakeholders to research, define and detail market and user-specific needs and requirements (globally & locally). Effectively lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations- Join forces with Marketing, Merchandising, and Creative, as a thought partner on each teams’ web related projects, prioritizing these projects, and executing on them- Facilitate and champion iterative development across functional teams and help us bridge Local & Global customer and business needs between Europe and North America

**Required Skills**:
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a Product Management in a technology, e-commerce, or start-up company. Experience in checkout or localisation is a plus- Deep knowledge of the way consumers shop online, with exposure to e-commerce and related technologies- Experience leading cross-functional teams such as UX/UI, Development, and QA, and cross functional partners such as marketing, merchandising, and creative design- You have an analytical mindset and utilize qualitative & e/quantitative data to make decisions
- and are well versed in running- Experience running A/B tests (or exposure to A/B testing concepts)- Strong rapport with software engineers and a deep understanding of the full software-development lifecycle- Experience with analytic, tracking, and software project/product management tools- Agile experience is required. Experience working in distributed teams is a plus- Proficient level in English. Ideally with experiences in international environments
