Desde Securitas Direct buscamos incorporar un/a

Operations Area Team Leader para coordinar el buen funcionamiento de la planificación establecida, definir controles de seguimiento que garanticen el cumplimiento de las agendas asignadas. Siendo así un nexo trasversal entre las diferentes áreas internas.

**Principales funciones**:

- Desarrollar, implementar y mejorar los distintos procesos entre el cliente y el equipo de agenda instaladores.
- Supervisión del equipo de control y planificación que tendrá a su cargo.
- Coordinación de las soluciones propuestas por los equipos ante incidencias.
- Definir los procesos que garanticen la adecuada distribución de instaladores según cargas de trabajo.
- Propuesta de mejoras para monitorear la calidad del servicio de agenda instaladores que aseguren el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos con los clientes.
- Ser el punto de contacto entre la parte de negocio y la parte de agenda de instaladores, para mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva.

**Requisitos de la posición**:

- Experiência mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.
- Nível de Excel avanzado y gestión de Bases de Datos (se realizará prueba en el proceso).
- Formación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o Ingeniería.
- Valorable manejo de otras herramientas de gestión.
