**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Manages the business results, including contract fulfillment, project plans, milestones, deliverables and financial targets for multiple related projects to deliver a desired outcome for the customer and/or business.
Serves as the interface for multiple project managers and makes choices that can affect multiple projects and/or an entire program outcome.
Provides guidance to the project managers and teams and is an advocate for the performance of the overall program, personal projects, and success metrics.

- Program manager with team leadership behaviour.
- Initiatives and execution capabilities.
- Organisational change championship.
