As a Workday HCM Senior Consultant, we expect you to be
- Responsible for delivering allocated work in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through deployment, testing, go live and post production support and/or delivering allocated AMS work
- Developing your area of expertise in the Workday product suite, specializing and having a deepening skill set within a particular area, i.e. either technical or within a functional area
- Develops working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as client
- Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
- Guide other consultants within project team
- Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
- Additional experience in internal work like contributing to and building internal methodology, coaching/mentoring of team members etc. is a plus

Your Skills and Qualifications should reflect our values and will include:

- Excellent oral and written communications skills - fully fluent English
- Advanced analytical and functional skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or in a support environment
- Certified in Workday HCM or minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Workday as a client
- Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live)
- Consultancy experience of HR processes and/or worked within an HR Services team is desirable
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, a clear ability to ‘consult’ for and with your clients
- Experience as 'Lead' with an implementation partner (preferred)
- Experience of confidently managing stakeholders
- Evidence of collaboration and contribution in your previous work environments
- Ideally, experience working on multiple concurrent work assignments
- Ideally, experience playing a key role in virtual teams
- Ability to act with integrity
- Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation
