You will:
- Create and upload the SMART FAF (promotion document) for approval flow, based on the forecast and agreed activities by each product manager (Special Price / Sell out Allowance / Stock Compensation).- Verify that the short-term activities raised in FAF are in fact implemented in the market.- Report on weekly basis the result (sell-out basis) of the activities, in order to be validated by the different stakeholders (Marketing, SBO, Sales).- Ensure that the FAF balance is enough to cover the commitments after the activity is done.- Competitor analysis: evaluate competitor’s promotional activities.- Give general support for the Marketing team.

You will bring:
- Business, Marketing or Finance background- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), Portuguese is a plus.- Precise in working with numbers and Excel (high level required), good PowerPoint knowledge. Optional: SAP, BW- Analytical skills and commercial awareness- Self-determination, initiative and drive to achieve goals- Identification of opportunities for improvements with end-to-end process perspective- Clear communication with proper level of detail based on the audience

In order to be eligible for this internship, you need to be currently enrolled in a university or business school and be located in Barcelona.
