**FUNCTIONS**: - Responsable de despliegue de Sistema de Producción (FES) - Procesos - Lean Manufacturing, a nível global. Liderando más de 40 fábricas y más de 10.000mil operarios. - Responsable de costes de Mano de Obra Directa: Eficiencia, productividad, Nuevos Proyectos, Soluciones Digitales - Automatización. - Responsable de Construcción y consecución del presupuesto, detección de desviaciones. soporte a plantas en dificultades, nuevas plantas, plantas en transformación, Reclutamiento, formación y animación Netwrok a nível mundial. - Control de Operaciones. Definición de Benchmarks con diferentes métricas. Creación y validación de nuevos lay-outs de plantas. - Impulsar el rendimiento industrial de negocio y más de 40 plantas en todo el mundo mediante el despliegue del sistema de producción y la evolución a digital. - Dirigir la red de grupos empresariales para alinear y desplegar iniciativas FES con el fin de impulsar el rendimiento operativo de las plantas. - Codirigir, junto con el proyecto digital Model Plant, el desarrollo de soluciones de sistemas de producción digitales (PIC/PDP, APS, Kanban digital, supervisión del rendimiento de la línea, plataforma de excelencia de primera línea en la planta) en modo ágil con las plantas. - Definir formas de trabajo de FES apoyadas en la tecnología digital para ofrecer un rendimiento adicional aprovechando el análisis de datos, la gestión visual de la planta y las alertas en tiempo real. - Desarrollar referencias internas y transversalizar las mejores prácticas. - Impulsar el proyecto de redefinición de funciones y misiones para el espíritu empresarial y la responsabilidad de las operaciones, definiendo actividades estándar y cuadros de mando para impulsar el crecimiento rentable de la empresa. - Organizar eventos trimestrales en todo el mundo relativos a temas operativos clave para el reconocimiento global de las plantas y los perímetros de operaciones. - Capacidad para definir y promover mejores prácticas e información para compartir con los equipos. - Implementar medidas que apliquen para producto/proceso - Identificar las formas/estándares de trabajo actuales con los expertos locales a través de visitas a las plantas para aprender y definir best practices
