International Area Manager

**Location**: Cervelló (Barcelona, Spain)

**Frequent travel to ASIA (minimum of 40%)**

At **MartiDerm**, a leading dermocosmetics brand present in over 35 countries, we are looking for a strategic, globally minded professional to lead the growth of our business in** the Asian region**, from our global headquarters in Barcelona.You will be part of the International Sales team, reporting directly to the International Sales Director, and will play a key role in driving business expansion, coordinating with local partners, and identifying new market opportunities.**Your mission**
- Develop sales, market penetration and brand visibility in the** Asian markets**.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Demand Planning) to adapt the global strategy to local market needs.
- Ensure that local partners execute brand protocols and commercial objectives in line with global guidelines.
- Travel regularly to Asia to strengthen relationships, monitor sell-out, stock levels, and in-store execution.
- Monitor commercial performance, account profitability (P&L), and identify business growth opportunities.
- Track consumer behavior, competitor activity, and market trend
- Represent MartiDerm at key trade shows and business events.

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience managing international markets, especially **China or/and APAC region**.
- University degree in Business Administration, International Trade or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
- Fluent in **English**. Knowledge of **Mandarin** and/or **Spanish** is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset, cultural sensitivity and business acumen.
- Availability to travel regularly and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Based in **Barcelona area**
