BNP Paribas in its Securities Services business offers a wide range of services derived from the purchase and sale of financial instruments and units in investment funds, such as their settlement, custody, valuation, administration and financing and all financial transactions derived therefrom (dividend payments, capital increases, fund subscriptions and redemptions, etc.).

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION
- PC Spain is expected to handle several FA & MO/TA tasks delegated by LUX for Lux domiciled vehicles launched by Spanish GPs.
- This requires to find two dedicated resources to ensure we are able to provide the service from Spain with regards to both the FA and TA daily tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Main goal: dealing with the investor/ capital transactions of the Lux domiciled funds according to the corresponding GAAP (LUXGAAP, IFRS, USGAAP ), accounting for everything that is investor related (contributions, distributions, ) and producing the investor reports (notices, PCAP.)
- This person will also be responsible for:

- Doing the set up of the investors, investor accounts and contacts
- Doing the set up of the different share classes of the vehicle
- Accounting for capital operations
- Doing the bank reconciliation when there is a capital operation that involves either a cash inflow or outflow
- Preparing and producing the investor reports (Notices, PCAP )
- Coordinate and being in close touch with the FA team for the capital transactions

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Studies
- Graduated in Business administration, Economics or Engineering. Other majors may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Experience
- Would be welcome previous experience in Fund Admin and Middle Office of collective undertaking schemes especially for close ended ones
- Would be welcome solid understanding of Depositary and Fund Administration operational routines
