If the answer is a resounding "yes," we have an extraordinary opportunity for you We are looking for someone to help drive the adoption of our cutting edge AI SaaS decision intelligence tool across our large enterprise and cross industry customer base. **Your profile**: In this role, your internal title will be Business Impact Lead, as you are joining our Business Impact team here in Barcelona / Munich As part of our Business Impact team, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformative movement, shaping the future of intelligent decision-making in remarkable ways. **Responsibilities** - ** Drive Adoption**: You will sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, driving proactive engagement, adoption, and retention through data-driven, scalable customer experiences targeted at 1000s of enterprise end users and resulting in real business outcomes - ** Be the Creative Engine**: Act as the driving force behind fresh, high-impact adoption campaigns and events across the customer journey, bringing original ideas to communications and user experiences to make our product memorable, exciting, relevant, and essential. - ** Scale your impact**: You will build playbooks, best-in-class templates, and assist Business Impact Leads to deploy scaled strategies within specific accounts. - ** Meet KPIs**: Own performance against adoption and activation goals across our global customer base such as time-to-value, user retention, active usage, and business impact. - ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Impact Leads to align adoption strategies with customer goals and internal priorities **Your profile** - 5-7 years’ experience in digital customer success, customer success operations, user or developer relations, corporate consulting focused on large-scale innovation projects or change management. - Demonstrated “intrapreneurial” mindset, “wild duck” attitude and energizer within your role / company. - Knowledge of complex stakeholder management and internal and external cross-team collaboration. - Track record of owning KPIs related to B2B product adoption, engagement, innovation-led growth, or user growth, and motivated by ambitious growth goals. - Strong communicator able to adapt to different seniority levels and contexts, from end users to C-level stakeholders. - Comfortable leading events with large or executive-level audiences, with strong attention to details, ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines. - Analytical mindset with experience using usage data to influence strategy and drive outcomes. - Demonstrated creativity in conceptualizing and executing adoption strategies and related items, with aesthetical, original and innovative contributions. - Passionate about AI, innovation and growth. **Who are we?**: **About Us** Aily Labs, founded in 2020, is an exciting and rapidly growing startup based in Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, Cluj and New York.
