We are looking for a signalling engineer based in Madrid. He/she will be in charge of the development of signalling schemes, specifications, interfaces with other systems and RAMS, direct communication with the client and supervision of the design activities.

He/she will have to liaise with the client and the supplier to ensure that the design meets the requirements and that it is approved by the Sponsors.

**Main duties**:

- Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
- Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.
- Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
- Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
- Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of package.
- Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
- Prepares technical specification sections.
- Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.

Minimum Requirements

+ Experience in conventional signalling + ATP is needed. CBTC or ERTMS experience will be valued.

+ Direct design and consultancy experience is needed.

+ High level of spanish and english

Preferred Qualifications

+ Electrical or Electronical engineer
