**Global Training & Optimization Manager**

We're looking for a global training and optimization manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have overall responsibility to ensure that the global teams supporting a large life science customer have the proper training and documentation to successfully perform their role. You will be responsible to create on-boarding training plans for new hires, maintain the global SOPs, ensure the local markets are maintaining their local SOPs, provide training on global tools such as Cvent and review data quality reports to ensure that the data entry is of the highest quality. In addition, the Global Training & Optimization Manager will be responsible to identify opportunities for efficiency and/or automation to improve the current process. This role is also responsible to find ways to provide consistent service excellence to your clients. This leader will be a fantastic ambassador for BCD M&E and will be a key driver of maintaining and reinforcing our positive company culture.

**Your responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed customer expectations by managing customer service levels, quality and productivity and by providing value added solutions and recommendations
- Create a global training plan that will provide new hires with the information they need to complete their job
- Develop trainings and/or videos for new and existing hires (and current hires in need of refreshers)
- Work with J&J suppliers that support Cvent in order to obtain the proper training, access and tools needed
- Receive and review data quality reports to ensure that the global teams are entering their data into Cvent accurately
- Review and/or develop SLA reporting to identify SLAs that are about to be missed to proactively get ahead of timelines and meet customer SLAs
- Review current process and identify opportunities for efficiencies and/or automation

**You’re good at**
- Communicating effectively both in English and Spanish
- Solving problems, identifying gaps and finding opportunities to find efficiencies
- Leading a best-in-class team
- Building strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and internal teams
- Understanding Life Science meetings and compliance
- You have availability to travel

**You might also have**
- Regional operations experience
- A proven track record of initiating change
