**Solution Architect - Canales Digitales para Banca Corporativa e Institucional (CIB)**:

**Sobre el perfil**:
Buscamos un perfil de **Arquitecto/a de Soluciones** con sólida experiência en entornos de **banca corporativa** para definir la arquitectura objetivo y la hoja de ruta de los **canales digitales de cliente** (CIB). Este rol es clave para asegurar la alineación transversal entre distintos dominios (Markets & Trading, Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Client Onboarding/KYC) y el cumplimiento con los estándares del Grupo y CTO.

**Funciones**:

- Definir la **arquitectura objetivo**, estándares y directrices estratégicas para los **canales digitales cliente** en CIB.
- Asegurar la alineación entre **dominios** y **regiones**, colaborando con áreas como Markets, Transaction Banking y Client Services.
- Revisar iniciativas para garantizar el encaje arquitectónico y la alineación con la estrategia de **Client Centricity**.
- Representar el dominio en foros de **gobierno de arquitectura** y velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas.
- Impulsar la adopción de capacidades compartidas: identidad, acceso, seguridad, API gateway, frameworks UX, integración de datos/servicios.
- Comunicar la estrategia y dirección arquitectónica de forma clara y efectiva en **inglés** a stakeholders senior.
- Liderar desde el punto de vista arquitectónico y fomentar la **alineación global** entre equipos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa como **Solution Architect** en entornos bancarios complejos.
- **+8 años de experiência** en entornos de banca corporativa y de inversión.
- Conocimiento transversal de **canales digitales CIB** y dominios como Trading, Pagos, Onboarding o KYC.
- Nível alto de **inglés** (imprescindible).
- Capacidad de interlocución con stakeholders de alto nível.
