From Internet connectivity and smart building technology, to IT and data centre services, ASK4’s solutions bring buildings to life. Working with clients across student housing, build to rent, later living and other sectors, we ensure that people are able to live life and work productively.

Joining our team, you’ll work as part of a second line technical support team providing industry-leading support to both existing and new customers and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Responsible for making system-wide technical decisions.
- Work with ticketing systems ensuring all notes, time and actions are correctly recorded and up to date.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of documentation.
- Assisting clients with information requests/ audits/ queries and ISO certifications.
- Partially responsible for developing and managing the relationship with clients with CSM team.
- Responsible for suggesting client IT development.
- Attend site visits and clinics (own car needed).
- Install server software installations and update server software.
- Working on all technical issues escalated to completion, bringing in wider technical, client relationship or operational resources if needed.
- Deliver small to midsize development projects independently.
- Speaking fluent Spanish and English
- Good working knowledge of operating systems, including Microsoft windows server and active directory.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office 365.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Its desirable to have knowledge of MikroTik Routers, knowledge of switches and wireless Aps.
