**Your Role**

We are looking for a **Senior Brand Manager** based in our Barcelona Office, reporting to the Marketing Manager Iberia. You will join a multicultural team to work in developing our wet portfolio. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be accountable for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the wet range of products of Affinity, with the main aim to increase market share in this segment, offer an improved consumer experience and drive the company’s growth within all the markets.

**What you will do**
- Follow and identify consumer trends and monitor closely what the competition around the world is doing.
- Define and execute the global long term strategy for your brand
- Lead exciting transformational projects mainly focused on innovation and product development
- Work shoulder to shoulder with your key markets (Spain, France, Italy) to help them develop and execute their annual plans.
- Monitor the performance of your portfolio (sell in, sell out, consumer data, consumer research) to find potential business opportunities.

**What we are looking for**
- 5 years of experience in Marketing Department within petfood industry,
- Strategic thinking.
- University Degree on Business/Marketing/Communication or similar.
- Experience in marketing through all leverages: product development, media activation plans.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance management data and make recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the marketing activities.
- Good organizational skills. Experience of working and delivering multiple projects
- Leadership & Energy to implement new projects.
- English & Spanish required. Other languages such as French or Italian can be a plus.
