**Description du poste**:
**Your Missions**
- ** Product ownership & operations**: act as the bridge between founders, product, and ops teams.
- ** Tooling research & optimization**: identify, test, and configure tools (Zendesk, WhatsApp Automation, Aircall, Brevo, etc.).
- ** Specifications & tickets**: draft clear requirements for tech team interventions and follow-up on delivery.
- ** Process improvement**: propose innovative solutions to optimize productivity and agent workflows.
- ** Continuous product improvement**: collaborate closely with product managers, founders, and ops to improve tools and processes.
- ** Project management**: ensure rigorous tracking of improvements and initiatives to guarantee success.
- ** Tech watch**: stay on top of AI and new technologies to bring innovative practices into the company.
**Profil recherché**:
**Your Profile**
- **Fluent in English**.
- Strong **entrepreneurial spirit** with a startup mindset.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. ️
- ️ **Autonomous and proactive**, with strong ownership.
- Passionate about **productivity and optimization through tools and AI**.
- Continuously up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies.
- Excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- 0-3 years experience in **product, operations, or tools/automation** (internships included).
