Senior Research Analyst

**Job Summary**
- As Senior Analyst you will be part of our Operations team and will report directly to the Regional Manager. You will be an individual contributor; however, you will also be working with our more Junior Research Analysts and Editors to help on projects and their professional development. Senior Analysts are responsible for researching and writing complex reports and any supporting documentation. _

**Role and Responsibilities**

As Senior Analyst your key responsibilities include:
**Production and follow up work**
- The production and delivery of TSG due diligence products and services, produced on time and within budget.
- Research, write and review reports accurately and in line with TSG standards and requirements.
- Provide quality reviews through peer review of completed TSG products and services.
- Thorough with the concepts of report writing, various databases and legislation on which TSG reports are based.
- Identify and timely inform Regional Manager of any issues with the report construction and contents.
- Effectively communicate with other members of the team regarding new and on-going projects, nurture good communication with junior analysts, TSG Editors and Client Management to secure timely delivery of reports done in line with TSG standards.
- On a regular basis, inform the Regional Manager of any changes in the covered jurisdictions, capabilities, pricing, and any other items.
- Adequately maintain project spreadsheets with all necessary information regarding TSG projects and budgets.
- Resource maintenance and development
- Provide training and mentoring to more junior analysts.
- Regularly revise and adequately maintain country databases, and if necessary, develop new databases, templates, capabilities sheets, google search strings, disclaimers, and any other supporting documentation; and inform Editors and the Regional Manager.
- Have a good understanding of TSG products and all Client specific templates, as well as research methodology and terminology.
- Responsible for ensuring there are adequate external resources to complete the workload for a specific jurisdiction, as well as to manage and train existing resources, and locate new external researchers for TSG as specified by the Regional Manager.
- Collect information regarding any changes in jurisdictions, new opportunities, and other matters which could affect the quality of TSG reports and their production, and timely inform the Regional Manager.
- Remain knowledgeable of regional and industry trends.

**Project Management**
- Co-lead 6 to 12 months strategic projects for all spend categories (raw, pack, technical and services), across all geographical zones and Nestlé Business Units
- Define and develop global Procurement strategies with our category leaders & managers

**Analytics**
- Create new analytical solutions to bring visibility on opportunities to improve sustainability, costs and supply safety
- Proactively use benchmark, provide constructive challenge, and find innovative solutions to support our stakeholders in developing strong sourcing strategies

**Communication and Stakeholder Management**
- Develop relationships and set governances with stakeholders to plan and deliver the defined objectives
- Communicate on projects at all levels of the organization up to Senior levels
- Create synergies with other members of your team across the 3 procurement hubs in Malaysia, Panama and Switzerland

**Qualifications, Skills & Education Requirement**s
- Tertiary level degree ideally in Law, Political Science, International Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics.
- Minimum 3-4 years of due diligence, professional services engagements or in similar report generation.
- Ability to oversee and support other research analysts and monitor work of less experienced colleagues.
- Leadership and management skills to oversee and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent Research skills across all media; significant understanding of risk areas and compliance related items and the ability to explain these to other research analysts.
- Ability to handle ad hoc research into new areas and bespoke research.
- Knowledge of the following Systems/IT: Office products, internet searches, social media.
- Timeliness: deliver reports on time and consistently.

Pay: From 2,712.32€ per month
