**Research Nurse/ Study Coordinator**

**Stroke Research Group**

VHIR offers vacant position of research nurse and study coordinator within the Stroke Research Group.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

Degree or Grade in Nursing

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**

Knowledge about stroke
- At least 2 years of experience working in stroke units
- Oral and written knowledge of the English language
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible and organized

**Desired: -**

Experience with clinical trials/clinical research
- Experience with medical records - SAP program
- Experience with electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF)
- Good clinical practice (GCP) certificate

**Main responsibilities and duties: -**

Collaborate in the management of research clinical trial in acute stroke patients
- Review selection criteria & written informed consent forms (ICFs)
- Review medical records - SAP program
- Archive study documents
- Data entry in the CRF and query resolution
- Timely notification of Serious adverse events (SAE) and adverse events
- Add new investigators if necessary to the investigator's file (CV, trainings, delegation log...)
- Check availability of study materials (ICFs / worksheets / blood sample kits)
- Investigational product acquisition at the pharmacy and accountability
- Management of the monitoring visits the CRA
- Site initiation visits attendance for new studies.
- Perform the clinical nursing visits during the follow-up of the patients
- Obtention and processing blood test samples of the stud***

**Labour conditions: -**

Part-time position: 20h/week.
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: 11.000,00 15.000,00 euros. Remuneration will depend on experience and skills
