**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**:

- Lead the Digital Services (IT & Cloud) exploration unit, developing and executing a strategic roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to guide the future direction of IT and Cloud offerings.
- Cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the team to maintain a competitive advantage.

**Product Development & Management**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT and Cloud products, from ideation through to market launch and ongoing management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and alignment with business goals.
- Define the product vision and strategy, partnering closely with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and assess new business opportunities, including partnerships and growth strategies.
- Develop specialized sales teams to support business unit objectives.
- Create compelling business cases and financial models for new products and technologies.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and IT/cloud professionals.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Set clear objectives and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.

**Customer & Market Focus**:

- Engage with key customers to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to continuously enhance our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT and Cloud product management, demonstrating a strong track record of successful product launches.
- Proven leadership experience in the technology or managed service provider industries.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to implement strategic plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Willingness to travel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
