Forensic Investigations: We leverage cutting-edge technology to advise clients on disputes and litigation, fraud and corruption, employee malfeasance, compliance failures, regulatory probes, sanctions breaches, unexplained business/transactional failures, money laundering, shareholder disputes, leaks of information, IP infringement, monitorships and asset search and recovery.
Intelligence: We harvest and analyze public record and human source intelligence to support client decision making on M&A, capital markets activity, joint ventures, political risk, new market entry, supply chain integrity, reputational risk management and other strategic initiatives.
Navigating Responsibilities:
The Intern will be expected to carry out the following tasks as part of their role:
- Carry out research by using databases, internet and public domain tools.
- Collating and organizing large volumes of data.
- Interrogation of financial and accounting data.
- Communicate regularly with colleagues to inform of progress of case work, highlighting key issues where necessary.
- Organize case files, maintain accurate research records and record all billable costs.
- Current Degree Pursuit: Social Sciences, Economic or Business Administration background are beneficial, although not mandatory
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment. Attention to detail.
- Awareness of sensitivities of working in a variety of cultural and political environments
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English. Portuguese or another language is a plus.
