**Buscamos Implant / Operation Construction Manager**
En **MVGM**, empresa líder en gestión inmobiliaria, buscamos incorporar un **Implant** para un proyecto en cliente durante **1 año**.
Tras este periodo, la persona seleccionada se **integrará en la estructura de MVGM** de forma estable.
**Funciones principales**
- Supervisión y coordinación de proyectos de construcción, preferiblemente en entornos industriales o logísticos.
- Control de ejecución en obra, gestión de distintos oficios y resolución de incidencias.
- Trato directo con proveedores, contratistas y cliente.
- Seguimiento de plazos, costes y calidad.
- Gestión de **CAPEX** y análisis de desviaciones.
- Revisión de planos y documentación técnica, proponiendo soluciones constructivas.
- Apoyo técnico en la toma de decisiones durante la ejecución de obras.
**Requisitos**
- ** Formación técnica** (Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o similar).
- ** Experiência mínima de 5 años** en gestión de proyectos de construcción.
- ** Nível de inglés alto**, tanto oral como escrito (imprescindible para la interlocución con cliente y equipos internacionales).
- Acostumbrada/o a visitar obras con frecuencia.
- Capacidad de análisis técnico y toma de decisiones.
- ** Carnet de conducir** y disponibilidad para desplazarse por la **zona centro y alrededores**. (Madrid y alrededores)
- Incorporación prevista en **diciembre 2025**.
- Se valorará experiência en entornos logísticos o industriales y conocimiento de normativa urbanística y técnica.
**Ofrecemos**
- Contrato inicial de **1 año**. **Incorporación posterior a MVGM**.
