**YOUR PROJECT ASSIGNMENT**
TEICON ENGINEERING invites you to join an ambitious project in Tarragona, where we’re constructing a state-of-the-art facility for the production of industrial gases. This role is your opportunity to become a key pillar in the administrative backbone of a major international project involving superstructures for methane and ethylene production, set to be transported to the United States.
- **Project Location**: Tarragona, Spain
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Contract Type**:Fixed-term employment or freelance contract
- **Duration**: Until end of February 2026, with possibility of extension (approx. 8 months)
- **Workload**:56 hours per week, 6 days per week

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You coordinate and execute all administrative activities at the construction site in line with project goals, local regulations, and cost/time targets.
- You ensure the smooth mobilisation of local and international personnel in coordination with HR and subcontractors.
- You manage accommodation and transportation logistics, including visas, work permits, site access passes, and staff housing.
- You support timekeeping and verification of staff presence, including attendance tracking and headcounts in emergency situations.
- You prepare and maintain the Site Book with essential information for arriving staff, and coordinate the operation and maintenance of offices and site infrastructure.
- You handle local procurement tasks (e.g. office supplies, site consumables) and support the administration of petty cash and local accounts, where delegated.
- You coordinate occupational health services and the procurement of PPE, in cooperation with the HSE Manager.
- You ensure proper documentation and archiving of invoices, receipts, equipment lists, and other site-related records.
- You support the reuse or resale of surplus materials and coordinate reporting related to damage, defects or insurance claims.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes on site and support other departments as required.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have demonstrable experience in administrative roles on large industrial construction sites.
- You are well-versed in coordinating HR-related topics such as staff mobilisation, timekeeping, and accommodation.
- You have sound knowledge of logistics planning, procurement procedures, and local regulatory requirements (e.g. visas, permits, taxation).
- You work confidently with MS Office tools and have strong organisational and documentation skills.
- You communicate fluently in English; Spanish or German language skills are considered an advantage.
- You are proactive, structured, and a natural communicator who thrives in dynamic site environments.
- You are flexible and available to work extended hours or weekends as required.
