COLOR&TRIM
- Creative Ideation, Conception, Material sampling and Realization of Showcars, special editions and serial production cars
- Advanced Design for exterior colors + conceptualizing Model Year Color Palette Strategies
- New color developments of soft materials like leather, PVC and têxtile across models
- Leading coherent Graphic Conception and parametric design activities across all models
- Holistic C&T creation of special editions
- Assure clear information exchange with visualisations, presentations, other physical & digital support materials towards CMF presentations for various purposes
- Set & check perceived quality criteria for presentations/ CMF proposals and C&T developments.
CONCEPT&STRATEGY
- Shaping Design Philosophy, C&T strategies, Value Perception Strategy and Sustainable Material Library
- Orchestrating yearly C&T and Advanced Material frontloading
- Checking and assuring coherency and consistency with/of C&t directions
- Shaping strong product concepts during interdisciplinary early project concept phases
DESIGN LEADERSHIP
- Supporting Head of C&T for shaping and implementing creative direction and visions
- Stakeholder Management with internal departments (Baureihe, Marketing, EK Development, Quality, Purchasing, etc.) and external suppliers and partners.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
- Degree in Design (CMF design/design Strategy wished) (mandatory)
- Master in CMF design (wished) - Master in Design Strategy (wished)
- Fluent english (mandatory) - Spanish (highly wished)
- German (wished)
Minimum 8 years experience in CMF design (at least 5 Years of which in automotive CMF Design)
Minimum 2 years experience in leading a creative CMF team
Demonstrated experience in CMF developments/ innovation projects/ design strategy/ advanced CMF projects
