We are looking for a Business Leader to lead our team of electrical engineers in Barcelona, Spain. You will play a key role in developing our business, managing our team, and ensuring the right competencies are in place for future growth.

**Who We Are**

We are an engineering service provider specializing in renewables, helping clients with electrical design, Electrical Balance of Plant (E-BoP), grid connection and compliance. We work across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage consulting to execution, ensuring our clients’ electrical systems meet the highest standards.

**Your Role**

As Business Leader, you will be responsible for three key areas:

- Customer Engagement & Business Development - Expanding our business by engaging with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and building long-term, trust-based partnerships. While this is not a pure sales role, it requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop new business.
- Team Leadership & People Development - Leading, mentoring, and fostering a strong professional community within the team. You will ensure team alignment with business objectives while creating an environment where engineers can thrive.
- Recruitment & Growth - Identifying and attracting the right talent to grow the team and secure the necessary skills for future success.

You will be part of an international leadership team with colleagues in Denmark and Poland, requiring a self-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

**Your Profile**
- Experience in the renewable energy or the power sector, ideally with an electrical engineering background or experience in related disciplines
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record in team development and business growth
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, establishing our company as a trusted partner
- A proactive and independent approach, comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives forward
