**Are you analytical, with an eye for detail and a passion for people? **We're looking for a go-to expert on HRIS, Workday, system integrations and analytics.**:**Someone that can help us grow and develop as an organisation by supporting and enabling our People team, Global Leadership Team and other colleagues to make better and well-informed decisions that impact our business and improves the life of all our people.**

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be part of the Global HR Operations team, being the first point of contact for any query related to Workday HCM modules support and leading the implementation of new functionalities, integrations and releases.

**Would you like to**
- Resolve HCM system related issues or bugs, coordinating with our support Partner and managing CRM tickets.
- Configure and redefine business processes into Core HCM, Compensation, Performance, Absence, Benefits, etc. as required by the business needs.
- Configure, launch and follow up on HR processes, such as Performance or Merit.
- Audit data integrity and implement new processes or validations.
- Create regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
- Prepare user guides, maintain them and do onboarding sessions for new users managing the system.
- Supervise all activities related to Workday releases and configurations required, as well as system integrations and projects for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate in any other ad hoc projects of People Operations.

**We would like you to be...**
- A skilled professional with HR knowledge and significant hands-on experience working in end-to-end with Workday for at least 5 years.
- Experienced with HR analytics, with a good idea of how to generate valuable HR insights through reports and dashboards.
- A results-oriented person, able to manage projects and action plans to meet the deadlines.
- An Analytical profile with a proactive approach, able to work independently.
- A team player with strong communication skills with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
- Fluent in English - other languages are a plus
