**Position summary**
As a Bell Supervisor, I will lead the team to deliver personalized, seamless service for all guests and visitors at Aethos Mallorca. I will oversee luggage handling, coordinate arrivals and departures, manage valet services, and arrange transportation as needed.
I will ensure guest interactions are handled with care, addressing inquiries, and anticipating needs. My role involves training, guiding, and supporting the team for smooth operations, while collaborating with the Front Office team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
**Key responsibilities**:
- ** Operational Ownership**
I will ensure the smooth operation of the Bell team by:
- Overseeing valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are managed securely and promptly.
- Supervising door valet services to create a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Managing luggage handling with care, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery to and from guest rooms.
- Coordinating transportation requests, including taxis and private transport, while ensuring timely and high-quality service.
- Ensuring private transfers are timely, with vehicles in optimal condition.
- Maintaining a visible presence in the lobby and entrances, greeting and assisting guests and visitors.
- Monitoring daily team schedules and task assignments, ensuring proper coverage during vacations and holidays to align with operational needs.
- Managing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring all department equipment and facilities, such as trolleys, the lobby, luggage storage, parking areas, and welcome stations, are clean and in good working order.
- Conducting regular team briefings to align on daily operations and guest priorities.
- Coordinating with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhering to all standards and procedures, maintaining consistency in service.
- Overseeing daily checklists and delegating additional tasks as needed.
- Attending departmental meetings and contributing to the team’s success, as required by senior leadership.
- Resolving guest complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and retention.
I will enhance the guest journey by:
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects Aethos' standards for all arrivals and departures.
- Ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process by coordinating effectively with the Front Office team.
