As **Head of IT Service Management & Governance**, you will play a key role in ensuring the alignment of all IT functions with the strategic goals of both the IT department and the organization. You will lead IT governance, service and project management, and act as a strategic partner to the CTO—supporting high-impact initiatives and ensuring IT delivers value to the business.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**
- Design, implement, and manage the IT governance framework to align all IT areas with company strategy
- Oversee and prioritize the IT project portfolio, ensuring business value and alignment with organizational priorities
- Collaborate closely with the CTO on IT strategic planning and continuous improvement of departmental maturity
- Act as a key liaison between IT and business units, enabling effective communication and alignment of priorities
- Define and track policies, procedures, and KPIs to measure the performance of IT services and projects
- Lead a team of IT Project Managers and Change Management professionals to ensure project success within timelines and budgets
- Serve as Business Relationship Manager (BRM), ensuring delivery of high-quality IT services that meet expectations
- Take on the role of Service Owner, promoting service quality and leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactively manage risks related to services and projects to mitigate potential impacts
- Personally lead selected key projects as Project Manager, from planning to execution and delivery

**What will make you shine in the team?**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, including 5+ years leading teams and managing projects and services
- Solid background in IT governance, BRM, Service Ownership, or leadership within a project office
- Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks, portfolio management, and digital transformation
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and change management
- Proven ability to lead and align multidisciplinary teams toward strategic goals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience defining and measuring service and project performance metrics
