**Purpose of Statement**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the successful delivery of all project objectives on several sites through preconstruction, work in progress and post contract based on cost, time and quality.
- Joint responsibility for the financial performance of the project, working closely with Project Quantity Surveyor.
- Material scheduling, forecasting and order placement of data centre components.
- Responsible for subcontractor performance and engagement ensuring indirect labour represent Konex competently.
- Project planning and monitor of construction programme on a weekly basis.
- Produce weekly project progress reports.
- Forward all commercially relevant information to the project Quantity Surveyor.
- Liaise with the design department and giving input to pre-design.
- Liaise with the front-end commercial team advising on programme, project deliveries etc.
- For each project develop a strategy to ensure key project milestones and activities are adopted and adhered to.
- Chair sub-contractor progress meetings and follow through with planned actions.
- Provide accurate and timely project data to all key stakeholders both internally and externally, reporting into monthly project reviews.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and all other stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple project teams.
- Be familiar and adapt with various logistics and main contractor platforms to book deliveries and client requirements.
- Lead by example in managing compliance in relation of all aspects of Health and Safety.
- Develop the current as built factory layouts and key equipment information for all sites.
- This list is not exhaustive and other duties may be required that are within the capabilities of the post holder.
- Minimum of 5+ years construction-based Contracts Management experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
- Must hold a CSCS black card and be SMSTS qualified.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel (Europe/UK).
- Proven record of managing and delivering multiple large-scale projects in the Interior Fit out & Data Centre sector.
- Pro-active and driven.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adapting approach when necessary in order to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to set objectives and prioritise workloads for yourself and others.
- Full driving licence.
