**Growth Team**

The Growth team acts as the powerhouse of the company, ensuring the immediate needs of the customers are swiftly met and the future ones are translated into a product roadmap and deliverable projects.

Each member of the team combines a mix of programmatic, system engineering, and commercial skills with specific strengths.

**What will you be doing?**

As the Events and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing company events, ensuring alignment with our operational objectives across different countries (currently UK, Portugal, Spain, and Greece).

This dynamic role includes the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, keeping up with industry trends, understanding audience preferences, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience.

You will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in organisational tasks and assist the Digital Marketing Executive in managing SEO and social media campaigns, and analysing campaign metrics.

**What you need to be successful**:

- A great attitude is key, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record of outstanding delivery in a fast paced environment
- You’ll thrive in an events organisation role, capable of managing projects from ideation to execution.
- You’ll have strong attention to detail both reviewing written documents and making sure our event stands and marketing materials look top notch
- You’ll be proactive in identifying what needs to come next in terms of comms planning and aligning stakeholders to their actions in that plan
- You’ll have strong coordination skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Experience with marketing design tools - you’ll be familiar with creating engaging visuals, promotional assets, and event collateral.
- If you have exposure and understanding to the space sector, that's an added bonus
