**Description**:
OmniAccess was founded in Palma de Mallorca in 2001 as a Wifi/Wimax provider for superyachts in several Ports in Palma and the Mediterranean. The company’s roots in networking and IT lead to its venture into LAN services whilst still providing superyachts with WAN solutions. Our close relationship with our clients and new satellite broadband technology lead to VSAT service provisioning. After a few years of operating managed VSAT networks, our first teleport went live in 2009, following our strong principles of truly end-to-end control we continued to grow our own infrastructure.
**We are looking for...**

As a logistics operator, you are responsible for ensuring that all the components are delivered and received in order to comply with established planning
**What you will do...**
- Prepare packages of all sizes for outgoing deliveries, this includes weighing and sealing the boxes and pallets ready for collection.
- Liaise and negotiate with internal departments, transport suppliers, and customs agencies, continually, within constraints of legislation, fuel costs, and rising environmental pressures.
- Organise transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
- Execute and coordinate the tracking of the movement of the goods through logistic pathways on a schedule.
- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
- Generate shipping documents, i.e., shipping label, packing list, commercial invoices.
- Use IT systems to manage incoming deliveries and orders.
- Use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements and reports.
- Analyse logístical problems and produce new solutions
- Work on new supply strategies, Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low

**Requirements**:
**What we require from you...**
- Fluent in Spanish and English, Bilingual as an ideal.
- Previous experience, 2 o 3 years.
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of logistics systems
- Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations
- Professional level knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to cope well with time constraints and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
