We are working on a Unified Communication Platform that allows us to build an internal VoIP network in just 10 minutes, providing SMS/Fax abilities, online video calls, etc. (B2B-focused SaaS platform)

Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide a level of strategic and advisory consult to the customer, driving the business outcome
- Focus the customer and team on working together to achieve the end state solution, driving the business outcome and vision while advising the customer on risks, trends and opportunities
- Document, analyze, trace, prioritize and agree on requirements and then control change and communicate to relevant stakeholders
- Manage backlog and keep it up-to-date
- Serve as a bridge between development and product owner (customer) to facilitate product vision and clarify requirements
- Maintain project document control
- Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning
- Track project activities and project status on a constant basis
- Take an active part in a project delivery

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of practical experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst
- Strong attention to details and excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Must be self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovative approach
- Experience in gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Ability to create wireframes and screen mockups, data flow diagrams
- At least Upper-intermediate English level to be able to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Experience in modeling business processes (UML, BPMN is desirable)
- Experience in telecommunication domain is nice-to-have
