As an underwriting professional, you will learn to use advanced tools to assess the risks that Chubb can cover. You will be at the heart of our business, interacting daily with diverse teams that support the underwriting process. Your role will evolve to be working closely with clients and brokers to provide consistent, exceptional service.

**What We Offer**
- Chubb Academy serves as a foundational building block for an internationally focused career in property and casualty commercial insurance, with opportunities to transition into various professional roles within the organization.
- Training will be based on Chubb’s Craftsmanship Curriculum, covering technical training relevant to the insurance industry, Chubb systems, and essential digital and business skills.
- Each participant will have a mentor or buddy to guide them through professional situations during their early development.You will be part of an international community, and our bi-annual in-person meetings in various European locations will allow you to expand your network, learn from a variety of knowledgeable Chubb colleagues, and gain exposure to senior management.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Bilingual/native level in Italian.
- Advanced level in English.
- A strong interest in building a successful and long-term international career in an underwriting role within our organization.
- A fast learner with a “can-do” mentality, committed to delivering excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and build strong relationships.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to new processes and environments, ensuring effective prioritization of work.Previous experience in the insurance sector is not required, but a willingness to learn and develop underwriting skills is essential.
