**Junior Financial Accountant**

The role is to efficiently and accurately oversee the financial management of the business. Typically reporting to the Finance Director.

Duties will cover the full spectrum of finance operations, assist in budgeting and forecasting, preparation of management accounts, and auditing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing all Finance and accounting operations
- Keeping company books
- Manage all Accounting Operations including Billing, A/R, A/P and GL
- Manage and control all accounting systems
- Support month-ed and year-end close process
- Assist in the preparation of the budget and financial forecast
- Assist in the preparation of all stakeholder reporting, regulatory reporting, and VAT.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

**Requirements**:

- Based in Barcelona
- Controller / Experienced Accountant / Auditor
- At least 3 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Advance degree in accounting
- Thorough Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent Communications skills
- English level - First
- Knowledge of SAGE Software
- MS Office Knowledge
