- **Head of Indirect Purchasing Category - Secteur Retail** **7Experts** **est le spécialiste de l’implémentation et de l’exécution de projets stratégiques et opérationnels dans les domaines des achats, de la fiscalité, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et du droit, apportant à nos clients des solutions globales, focalisées sur l’amélioration de la rentabilité et de l’efficacité. **Que cherchons-nous ?** Actuellement, nous souhaitons recruter, **un/e Head of Indirect Purchasing Category** basé à Lille, pour un de nos clients, un important groupe international consolidé du secteur retail. **Missions**: - La personne sélectionnée reportera directement au Cheif Procurement Officer, dependant de la Direction Financière du Groupe. - L'équipe se compose actuellement de 5 acheteurs et d'un réseau d'acheteurs situés dans différents pays. - Catégories sous la responsabilité: - Marketing & Communication (avec expertise requise) / Dépenses > 400 M€: - Finances, Dépenses > 250 M€ - RH / Dépenses > 250 M€ - Déplacements / Dépenses > 70 M€ - MICE / Dépenses > 10 M€ - Juridique / Frais > 10 M€ - Le poste est basé à Lille avec possibilité de déplacement à l'international, 3 jours sur site minimum. - Définir la stratégie achat global, les politiques et standards achats locaux & harmoniser les spécifications locales. - Construire un réseau de relations internes et externes, constructif et efficace et offrir des performances. - Surveiller et rapporter les performances et assurer le respect des achats United Normes standards. **Profil**: - Formation supérieure niveau bac +5 type École d'Ingénieur ou École de Commerce. - Expertise achats avancée sur la catégorie IT & digital. - Être moteur dans la transformation de l'entreprise et participer à ses projets. - Avoir des compétences d'influenceur-se/Communicant-e/Pédagogue. - Solide expérience dans un environnement international. - Français et Anglais impératifs, pour évoluer dans un environnement international et multiculturel. **Que proposons-nous ?** - Incorporation dans l'une des entreprises leaders de son secteur en croissance permanente. - Une équipe accueillante, passionnée, dynamique. - Un salaire adapté à votre profil. - Un excellent environnement de travail qui vous aidera - vous développer professionnellement et personnellement. **_La créativité, le travail d'équipe, l'intégrité et la passion sont les valeurs qui nous représentent._** **_ Voulez-vous être le maillon qui fait la différence ?_
