Marketing Outsourcing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Art Outsourcing manager who is willing to take their next challenge by joining our team. As part of the **Marketing Outsourcing team**, you will work hand in hand with both internal and external stakeholders to create new creatives that perform in our UA campaigns. You'll be the owner of the assigned projects/tasks, contributing to both the ideation and production as per the games and marketing needs.

In our team you will handle all kinds of production projects in order to support our games (**localisation and resizing projects, production briefs, creative ideation projects and any other MKT task upon request)** for both static and video art. You will eventually be the owner of MKT outsourced projects and you'll need to be responsible for delivering them within the project's timeframe and with a top-notch execution.

**Your quest will involve**:

- Planning & scheduling marketing outsourcing projects
- Building briefs for external partners and providing feedback to meet a high standard of quality
- Optimize creatives based on the performance of our campaigns
- Help iterate creative assets in order to meet our goals

**Your skills build & XP**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in marketing within the gaming or advertising industry.
- You have experience **managing several projects** at the same time and communicating with a **wide range of stakeholders**: Marketing Artists, Art Outsourcing, Product, Localisation, Legal and external partners among others.
- You are detail-oriented, extremely well organised and have an excellent knowledge of marketing materials requirements (style guide constraints, social platform constraints, localisation constraints).
- You have a creative mind and an eye for both technical and qualitative aspects of art either thanks to your background in art / advertising or to your extensive experience (or personal motivations).
- You have excellent communication skills in **English.**:

- You are a gamer and are aware of gaming trends, especially the ones related to advertising.
- Any expertise or interest in Marketing data analysis will be a plus. At Socialpoint we are a data oriented company and our decisions are based on our campaigns' results.
