**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
Facilities Management Expert covers all aspects of use of Operation, buildings, repair and general administration associated with managing campus facilities & services to all amdocs employees at amdocs sites, service offices and/or customer site including culinary, cleaning, office supply etc.

**What will your job look like?**:

- You will plan, coordinate and supervise preventative corrective maintenance activities pertaining to the relevant Amdocs offices.
- You will act as the one focal point for any facilities relating topics to enable smooth and safe working environment.
- You will coordinate facility and logistic needs according to company policy.
- You will manage and maintain records with regards to activities, services, repairs.
- You will coordinate and execute special events for the site and initiate continuous improvements at the areas of responsibility without impacting quality or increasing cost.
- As a security and EHS representative for the sites, you will be responsible for BCP, security system, support and implement for the EHS system, and manage the ISO system of the site with full alignment to the Global EHS and Security guidelines.
- You will assume full responsibility for implementation and execution of all EHS and security in the relevant sites.
- You will deliver end-2-end projects within the region (building works, renovations, space allocation, etc.)
- You will perform pro-active inspection of the on-going work (cleaning, catering, electro-mechanical).

**All you need is...**:

- Technical certification (such as practical engineering)
- 2-4 years of experience in the following:

- Proven record in matrix management.
- Proven record in project management from planning to execution.
- Proven record of customer service experience.
- Technical skills at basic knowledge (such as Electricity, Air conditioning).
- Experience working on large site in a global company and high level of English.
