Colegio San Patricio La Moraleja is seeking a Teaching Assistant with native/bilingual level of english for the Early Years Education stage (Infantil). The TA will play a key role in supporting both the lead teacher and students, contributing to a warm, stimulating, and safe classroom environment that nurtures the academic, emotional, and social development of our youngest learners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and learning tasks.
- Assist with students’ personal care, routines, and emotional wellbeing.
- Help prepare and maintain classroom materials and learning spaces.
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate professionally with the teaching team and follow guidance.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Native-level English (required).
- Training in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience working with young children in educational settings.
- A warm, patient, and caring personality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A proactive and flexible attitude.
