Job Description**
Working as a core member of our IT Transformation Office, you will develop IT processes and management solutions with the aim of improving our workflows and ensuring optimization and efficiency. **Our IT ecosystem is becoming more dependent on having PPM, CMDB and ITSM systems to automate IT service lifecycle covering planning, build, delivery, and run activities.** **You will be part of a team that will help to deliver and drive change.**
**More specifically, you will**:
- Manage the execution of IT process improvements. You will assess the feasibility of processes and recommend alternative approaches;
- Analyze and design processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation;
- Develop graphical models of IT process to facilitate understanding and decision-making;
- Adopt a Lean and Agile approach focused on delivering value and high-quality services;
- Ensure that adequate and sufficient IT-related capabilities are available to support enterprise objectives effectively at optimal cost;
- Define and keep updated the processes and monitor the effectiveness and performance of the enterprise’s governance of IT;
- Allocate roles and responsibilities based on approved job descriptions and allocated IT process activities;
- Continually monitor control activities on an end-to-end basis to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Ensure that a Governance model is established for monitoring control and service management, assets and resources;
- Assess whether the governance system and implemented mechanisms are operating effectively and provide appropriate oversight of IT activities;
- Ensure ownership of key control activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree and / or Master’s with relevant IT or Computer science background;
- Relevant experience IT management through the entire delivery and operational life cycle;
- Experience of working within a matrix structure;
- Broad multi-technology knowledge beneficial;
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
Additional Information**
This position will be based at our office in Madrid.
