IT Lead Motor

We are looking to meet our new IT Lead Motor & Home Manager, to manage the support services to our end customers in the main AXA Partner geographies in Europe. These assets are fully integrated in the AXA Partner ecosystem.

The IT Lead will be responsible for the delivery of the developments, configurations and integrations required by the solution, through close collaboration with the architecture and business teams.

We are looking for a person who has technical and functional knowledge of the solution and is able to identify potential technology gaps and risks, as well as participate in quality assurance.

You will need to support and act as a leader of a team of 5 to 10 people working with DevOps practices to support the Motor & Home Digital teams.

The main functions will be:

- Educate and support the product owner on the IT dimension of the team.
- Support and train junior IT members on IT skills.
- Facilitate and ensure compliance with IT standards and architecture.
- Investigate complex IT issues.

**What does your day-to-day look like?**
- Participating in the definition of the Product strategy with the Product Owner.
- Designing and Reviewing Solution or technical designs.
- Designing overall integration architecture.
- Verifying compatibility of new solutions with existing ones.
- Supporting US elaboration.
- Coaching and supporting the squad on a day to day basis according to the defined strategy.
- Break down the solution into manageable task for the analysts, developers and configurators.
- Support the Product Manager on a daily basis with the product Backlog prioritization.
- Promote and deploy Agile rituals within the squad.
- Agrees the technical architecture and ensure the corporate architecture is understood and maintained.
- Ensure adherence to standards of best practice (e.g. source code control etc.).
- Mentor the other technical staff.
- Monitor the team velocity and setup the needed improvement actions.
- Monitor the team delivery quality and rework to keep the committed velocity.
- Approving the solution as technically and functionally fit for purpose prior to deployment.

**Your Profile** Your skills and experience**
- Proven knowledge on Azure DevOps and MS Azure Cloud services (Certificates will be greatly considered).
- Proven experience and knowledge in Node.JS and React/REDUX technical architecture and development patterns.
- Proven experience supporting DevOps activities (CI/CD).
- Digital assets monitoring and reporting capabilities on GTM, Clarity, Hotjar or other digital tracking tools.
- Traces and log reading and querying for troubleshooting problems on code execution and dependencies.
- Thorough knowledge of REST API development and Swagger definition.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills and team player.
- Involved with other teams supports to obtain inputs for the correct development of his/her job.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge on the implementation of micro services.
