Desde Winning estamos seleccionando un Consultor de procesos - **Project Manager**, para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en proyecto en importante entidad financiera, en Barcelona.
**Tareas**:
- Acompañarás la transformación organizacional y técnologica del grupo
- Mapeo, creación y optimización de procesos
- Transformación digital y rediseño de procesos
- Implementación de regulación interna
- Formación en metodologías ágiles y PMP a los equipos internos
- Coordinación con los equipos internos del cliente
- Gestión del proyecto y de los equipos internos/ externos.
**Requis**itos
- Experiência +5 años en consultoría de negocio. Se valorará experiência en proyectos para entidades financieras.
- Certificación PMP y metodologías agiles - muy valorable
- Iniciativa y proactividad, con alto nível de autonomía y orientación a objetivos
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel y Power Point)
