**FP&A **Top line** & Portugal**
**Your Role**
We are seeking a **FP&**A** **to** join **our **FP&A **Top line **team **and** to partner with **our **Portugal** Original Grocery Business Unit (OGBU) market** team**. You will have a dual reporting structure, directly reporting to the Top Line Manager and the Senior FP&A Iberia OGBU. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global projects supporting various markets within our organization and to collaborate closely with the Portugal market team.
**What will you do?**
As part of the FP&A Top line role, you will
- Improve Net Sales and Advertising & Promotion planning processes and analytics
- Ensure data quality (correct analytic allocations across different planning & reporting tools)
- Top line projects ad hoc (i.e. A&P Dashboard, specific Business reviews, market & share data projects, promotion investment optimization)
- Execute Top line & A&P closing process
- Be the link between the media agency, accounting and marketing (Purchasing Orders process, invoicing, saving tracking, Budget)
As part of partnering with Portugal, you will
- understand and manage the Profit and Loss account of Portugal. Ensure company accounting procedure compliance with accounting principles.
- lead Portugal’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- provide the local team with valuable insights and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis.
**What are we looking for?**
- Analytical skills with the ability to grasp detail and the broader context
- Database structures schemes understanding (able to identify purpose of a database, organize data into tables, specify primary keys and analysing relationships, standardize tables)
- Critical thinking
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Previous experience in Finance roles
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Results-oriented person
- Communication skills to effectively present findings and insights to stakeholders
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- SAP (Profitability Analysis), Dashboarding tools, programming knowledge will be valued
