**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a Finance Assistant eager to learn and grow who can join us. The incumbent will support the Finance team with the day to day operations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Procurement (Material Management SAP module): Purchase Order creation, Goods Receipt posting (MIGO), Invoice Receipt posting (MIRO).
- General accounting (Finance and Controlling SAP module): Prepare payment transactions of the company through electronic banking systems (batch and manual).
- Tax reporting: Maintain SII VAT filing.
- External Reporting: INE statistics, credit policy declarations.
- General Administration support: Office supplies purchases, bank documentation, post office, etc
- Document filing.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
- _Técnico en Gestión Administrativa Técnico Superior en Administración y Finanzas_ (Undergraduate diploma/certificate in Finance) preferred with 1/2 years experience.- Business English competence.
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
