Due to our continued growth we want to hire a Team lead HSQE to lead our HSQE team in Iberia and develop, implement, and maintain our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system in alignment with Group policies and standards. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, enhancing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the HSQE team in Iberia, fostering collaboration and driving regional QHSE initiatives.
- Deploy and maintain the HSQE management system, ensuring compliance with Group policies, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate regulatory monitoring, certifications, and internal audits while supporting operational teams.
- Manage accidents, non-conformities, and supplier evaluation processes, driving effective resolutions and improvements.
- Facilitate customer satisfaction monitoring and analysis, implementing improvement initiatives based on feedback.
- Lead performance evaluation efforts, including updating process indicators and developing corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with managers and process leads to foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science or management, Health & Safety or similiar.
- Proven experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems, with expertise in environment and health systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in QHSE roles within renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or heavy industry sectors.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of developing and implementing ISO management systems, including taking them from inception to certification.
