As a customer advisor for our company, you will work on the Specsavers team with 100% focus on Customer Service. In the role of customer advisor, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from existing customers, in addition to the chat solution. You will help customers with questions about orders and products in a way that enables us to achieve our goals.
You will work from our new and spacious premises in Benalmádena-Málaga where you will become part of the company family. As our new colleague, you will become part of a professional working environment that focuses on cohesion, development and diversity
**Tasks**:
- Answer customer inquiries on incoming telephone calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries using the chat solution.
- Answer questions and customer inquiries on SoMe platforms.
- Continuous focus on providing an amazing customer service experience to each and every customer - including a focus on developing and improving the customer service experience.
- Follow processes and procedures applicable to the project.
- Work in a team to achieve the goals that have been set.
About you:
- You speak Norwegian as your native language.
- You are fluent in English.
- You communicate well, both orally and in writing.
- You are computer literate.

**Requirements**:
- You speak Norwegian as your native language.
- You are fluent in English.
