Enterprise Risk Management

We realize synergies and cultivate innovation. **Function**: - As an Enterprise Rosk Management you will be responsible for: - Monitor the oversight over different safeguarding areas, Integrated Risk Control System (IRCS) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)/ Outsourcing Function - Preparation of reporting to the quarterly Risk Committee and following that, to the Board and Supervisory Board as well as Allianz Group Center functions (Group Risk, Group Operations, Group IT) - Review of risk profiles/ risk assessments of and decision preparation for new, global IT projects and contracts; Support the development and implementation of cross-functional projects and initiatives - Process improvements and risk related projects - Maintain close collaboration with sister functions, first line of defense and our nearshore support team - Regular review and update of the Risk Strategy of AZ Technology and related guidance such as Risk, IRCS and Outsourcing Policy as well as underlying standards and procedures; Support and follow-up of the global Risk Management governance roll-out; Co-ordination and training of Risk Officers in all involved departments and locations. **Requirements**: - You are the person we are looking for if you have: - University degree (Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics) or equivalent qualification - 2-5 years of professional experience ideally in risk management, on the background of an IT Company or in risk related areas within IT Project Management, IT compliance or similar - Ability to understand complex issues, elaborate and convey information clearly and effectively in respect to the audience / level of management (both verbal and in writing) and at the same time to reduce complexity - Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual and international teams, international experience is a plus - Reliable, flexible, and precise solution-oriented working approach combined with a "can-do" attitude - Self-directed working approach with the ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also in times with high pressure and with the flexibility to combine recurrent task-oriented work with project-oriented working style - Project management skills are a plus - Good knowledge of service landscape, vendor relationships and global structure of AZ Technology as well as its risk management and internal control standards - Knowledge of Allianz Group tools (e.g. Open Pages, Sharepoint, Teams, ServiceNow) for risk management procedures - Fluent English skills (written and spoken) **What we offer?**: - As an Enterprise Risk Management in Allianz, you will have: - Steady job, you'll get a permanent contract since the first day. - Competitive salary. - Fringe benefits: meal and supplies compensation, life and accident insurance, private pension plan and studies fund.
