We are hiring for our client, a leading B2B online betting platform that specializes in providing an unparalleled user experience. Their platform offers a dynamic lobby with micro-betting options. As they continue to innovate in the industry, we are supporting to expand of their engineering team.

**About the Role**

As a UI Artist, you'll play a key role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our sports betting platform. Working closely with the design and development teams, you'll be responsible for bringing concepts to life through engaging visual designs and graphics. Your creative flair and attention to detail will be instrumental in delivering world-class user experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create visually appealing user interfaces for our sports betting platform, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
- Develop high-quality graphics, icons, and visual elements to enhance the user experience and convey information effectively.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and usability testing.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design assets and maintain design consistency across all platforms and devices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, incorporating new techniques and methodologies into UI design processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, iterating on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the sports betting industry and target audience preferences, incorporating insights into UI design decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a UI artist, graphic designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, with a focus on responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Creative thinker with a passion for sports and gaming, capable of translating complex concepts into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
