**What will be your mission?**:
As a Brand Trainee, you will embark on a dynamic journey into the world of brand management, supporting the team in executing marketing strategies and enhancing brand visibility. This role offers hands-on experience in contributing to creative campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. It’s an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while playing a key role in shaping the brand’s identity and impact.

**What will you do?**:

- Support execution of projects related to Branding, new Growth Sources, Client Experience, Global Promotions and CRM & Loyalty.
- Data & Market Analysis;
- Competition analysis and monitoring;
- Coordination with the Brand Director of the partnerships management for Spain
- Support to the brand team in the Southern Europe Business Unit (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal)
- Elaboration, implementation and revision, in collaboration with the creative agency, of the communication materials.
- Creation of texts and content revision of communication materials (digital and offline)
- Collaboration with hotels’ teams and colleagues from other departments such as sales, revenue and operations to implement pre-established action plans.
- Constant relationship with the international teams of the other BUs and the HQ team for the development and implementation of international projects in the BU Southern Europe

**What are we looking for?**:

- EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a marketing or brand departmen
- Projects management

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written), native Spanish
- Desire to work in an international, dynamic and innovative company
- Excellent knowledge of the office package (word, power point, excel)
- Knowledge of marketing and brand strategy
- Strong creativity and autonomy
- Good communication skills, analytical and organizational skills, deadline compliance.
- High capacity to multitasking
