David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a Spanish-speaking Site Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Málaga.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Searching for suitable EV locations and identifying potential landlords
- Completing site visits by traveling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
- Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
- Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software
- Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native level of Spanish with fluency in English
- Ability to travel throughout the country for business
- Sales or negotiations experience
- Extraordinary negotiations skills are an absolute necessity
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.

Work model: Hybrid after 6 months, details to be discussed

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions
